Please read all these terms and conditions.

 

As we can accept your order and make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you, you must read these terms and conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing that you are not happy with. If you are not sure about anything, just call us on 0208 144 4545.

 

1. Application.

1.1 These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the goods by you (the Customer or you). We are Pinnacle Banner of registered office address at 85 Great Portland Street London W1W 7LT with email address info@pinnaclebanner.co.uk.and telephone number 0208 144 4545; (the Supplier or us or we).

1.2 These are the terms on which we sell all goods to you. By ordering any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You can only purchase the Goods from the Website if you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years old.

  1. Interpretation 2.1 Consumer means an individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside his or her trade, business, craft or profession;
  2. Contract means the legally-binding agreement between you and us for the supply of the Goods.
  3. Delivery Location means the Supplier’s premises or other location where the Goods are to be supplied, as set out in the Order.
  4. Durable Medium means paper or email, or any other medium that allows information to be addressed personally to the recipient, enables the recipient to store the information in a way accessible for future reference for a period that us long enough for the purposes of the information, and allows the unchanged reproduction of the information stored;
  5. Goods means the foods advertised on the Website that we supply to you of the number and description as set out in the Order.
  6. Order means the Customer’s order for the Goods from the Supplier as submitted following the step-by-step process set out on the Website.
  7. Privacy Policy mean the terms which set out how we will deal confidential and personal
    information received from you via the Website. Website mean our website info@pinnaclebanner.co.uk. on which the Goods are advertised.

9. We retain and use all information strictly under the Privacy Policy. We may contact you by using-e-mail, phone or other electronic communication and by pre-paid and you expressly agree to this.

10. Basic of Sale

 

10.1 The description of the Goods in our website does not constitute a contractual offer to sell the Goods. When an order has been submitted on the Website, we can reject it for any reason, although we will try to tell you the reason without delay. 

10.2 The Order process is set out on the Website. Each step allows you the check and amend any errors submitting the Order. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly. 

10.3 A Contract will be formed for the sale of Goods ordered only when you receive an email from us confirming the Order (Order Confirmation). You must ensure that the Order Confirmation complete/accurate and inform us immediately of any errors. We are not responsible for an inaccuracy in the Order placed by you. By placing an Order, you agree to us giving you confirmation of the Contract by means of an email with all information in it (i.e the order confirmation). You will receive the order confirmation within reasonable time after making the contract, but in any event later than the delivery of any supplied under the Contract.

10.4 Any quotation is valid for a maximum period of 10 days from its date, unless we expressly withdraw it at earlier time. 

10.5 We intend that these Terms and Conditions apply only to a Contract entered into by you as a Consumer. If this is not the case, you must tell us, so that we can provide you with a difference contract with terms which are more appropriate for you and which might, in some respect, be better for you.

  1. PRICE AND PAYMENT 11.1 The price of the Goods and any additional delivery or other charges is that set out on the Website at the date of the Order or such other price as we may agree in writing. Prices and charges exclude VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the Order. 

11.2 You must pay by using your credit/debit card or a bank transfer with your Order and we can take payment immediately or otherwise before printing of the Goods. 

11.3 All files are printed in CMYK format. This might reflect a slight variance in color however before printing, final file will be shared, and approval will be required from customer’s side. If you are not happy with the final demo file, please let us know what changes you would like us to make. Once approved file will be transferred to printing unit it will be considered as final print. If color matching is required, we cannot guarantee an exact match on colors due to limitations of the CMYK print process. 

11.4 We print on 510 GSM, please note that the color and size of the printed item will be affected by the type of material chosen for the artwork to be printed on and it will have a slight variance 8% – 14 % variance from actual file approved in an email as final product might varies a little as compared to screen colors and size up to 3 inches. We cannot guarantee an exact color and size match due to variants of temperature, humidity and other factors. Any colors represented on emails / digital files / proofs may vary to the printed colors of the actual product. We would not accept liability or responsibility for any variations in color, size or any other defects or irregularities as a result of this. 

11.5 It is customer’s responsibility to check final demo file and approve it for printing. We will not be responsible for any spelling mistakes, punctuation, contact details or layout/color once approved. We will not commence print until we have received a copy of the final proof with a written confirmation to go to print, via email. All proof ready files are subject to an additional charge unless otherwise agreed. 

11.6 Changes cannot be actioned/requested once the file has been forwarded to our printing unit. Any further changes will be considered as a new order and would be charged for the price mentioned on website. Once order is with printing unit, it cannot be cancelled, and payment made by you become non-refundable. 

11.7 We are not liable for any financial loss incurred by you, that would have received on monies paid to us in lieu of any unfulfilled order. We do not take any responsibility of any wear or tear for stands and eyelets. Once delivered its customer’s responsibility to get them installed with the help of professionals or using minimum force as possible

11.8 We do not generally deliver to addresses outside England and Wales. If, however, we accept an Order for delivery outside that area. (Scotland. Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and Channels Islands). You may need to pay extra charges or other taxes, as we will not pay them.

11.9 You agree we may deliver the Goods in instalments if we suffer a shortage of stock or other genuine and fair reason, subject to the above provisions and provided you are not liable for extra charges.

11.10 We may charge the reasonable costs of storing and redelivering orders. 

11.11 The Goods will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery or Customer collection. You must, if reasonably practicable, examine the Goods before accepting them. 

11.12 Reviews placed on our Social Media channels, Google and Trust Pilot account may be used across the Pinnalce banner Services website. 

11.13 We take final picture of each banner before dispatching and reserve a right to add photos to our website under ‘our work’ section unless it has been advised by the customer in an email not to use printed banner images.

11.14 Sizes larger than 3ft x 3ft will be delivered to you in folded manner. The folding may leave lines (creases) and there might be some color distortion on the folded area. All these factors are to be taken into account and considered as good printing.

11.15 Please note our responsibility is to ensure the order is handed over to the courier on time, any delays by the couriers, due to any reason, these orders will not be eligible for a refund. Proof of dispatch on time will be taken from the electronic scanning of the parcels into the couriers facility. The cut-off time for the next day , 48hr and 72 hrs delivery is 1 pm.

11.16 The printed products are expected to be seen from a distance of 2m. If you are looking for extremely sharp, defined edges and perfect pixilated printing as in HD photograph, we cannot print to this high efficiency
